I/We understand hereby apply to Wicklow Sailing Club for seasonal storage space in the boatpark. In consideration of being allocated a space I/We accept that Wicklow Sailing Club its officers or servants shall not have any liability howsoever arising out of the use of the said space and I/We accept that Wicklow Sailing Club has not warranted that it is fit for any purpose that I/We may use it for.
I/We further agree to indemnify Wicklow Sailing Club against all claims howsoever arising by My/Our use of the said space and I/We shall ensure that I/We shall have at all times insurance covering all risks. In the event of any dispute arising between Myself/Ourselves and Wicklow Sailing Club in relation to this agreement, the matter will be referred to arbitration.
N.B. - To qualify for a storage space in the boatpark from Wicklow Sailing Club, all owners must be fully paid up members (Including levies) and have adequate current insurance. Failure to pay all due fees could involve forfeiture of your space for the following sailing season. The provisions of the boatpark protocol apply to all users of the boatpark. Boats and launch trolleys will be issued with numbers tag on receipt of payment and must be maintained by boat owners there after. Boats with out
tags will be removed from Boat Park.
