Notice to Bavaria Owners intending to race with the RORC

 Dear Bavaria Owner,

Re: STIX and AVS

In accordance with the Notice of Race published in the 2008 RORC Programme the RORC requires STIX and AVS data for boats with a series date of 2000 or later to race in ISAF Offshore Special Regulations Category 3 offshore races.  STIX and AVS data is also required for boats with a series date of 1995 or later to race in ISAF Offshore Special Regulations Category 1&2 offshore races.

If you are intending to race in a RORC race where STIX and AVS data is required and you do not have the data for your boat then you should contact Bavaria Yachts as soon as possible and ask them to supply the information for your boat.

The RORC has been unable to obtain this information from Bavaria Yachts on your behalf despite repeated requests.  Unfortunately the RORC will not therefore be able to accept your entry for any Category 1, 2, or 3 races until the data is supplied.
